Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:

  • All bookings must be secured with a valid payment method.
  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and online transfer.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • For long-term rentals, flexible payment plans may be discussed with our team.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the booking will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.
  • In case of no-shows or last-minute cancellations, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
