Welcome to BBR Services. By using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices may vary based on the vehicle type, season, and duration of rental.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and online transfer.

2. Driver’s License and Age Requirement:

  • All drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license.
  • The driver must present the original driving license before the vehicle is handed over.

3. Vehicle Usage:

  • The vehicle must be used for lawful purposes only and driven in accordance with road traffic laws.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to misuse or negligence.
  • Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

4. Insurance:

  • All vehicles are insured for third-party liability. However, damage caused due to driver negligence is not covered.
  • The renter may be required to pay an additional insurance excess in case of an accident.

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • BBR Services is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our vehicles, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings or delays.
  • BBR Services is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or death caused by third-party negligence or traffic violations.

7. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
